Odd-Symptoms Post-Period

Hi all,

Kind of a long post so bare with me.

I had sex August 31st. We did use protection.

I got my period on September 8. It was normal, everything was fine etc.

Well starting about 4 days ago as my period is ending, I start getting the weirdest symptoms that havent gone away.

fatigue

chills

body aches

nausea

diahrrea that WONT stop

extreme abdomnal pain, i keep having to go

headache

The literal ONLY two things I can think of is my cycle is somehow thrown off due to me kind of taking the new pack of pills late and proceeding to miss one pill a few days ago once I started a new pack. i kind of messed up taking my birth control recently and maybe im suffering the side effects?

The other thing I can think of is I may have a stomach bug. What do you all think?
