Pregnant and feeling stuck

I’m pregnant with my second baby my son is 3 I had him with someone else me and my bf been together 2 years known each other for 7 I love him but I just feel kind of stuck or trapped it was mainly his idea I felt like it was what I wanted at the time but now I feel so unready and just have been crying and crying I just feel so alone idk what to do obviously there is nothing I can do I hate to say I have regret because babies are a blessing and I’m blessed to be able to conceive but still I feel like I have ruined my life yes we are still together and he’s very happy to have a baby but im just not anymore I hope this Feeling goes away
