5 Days late - neg test - advice?

I’m just over 14 months pp, I have no desire to be pregnant right now. I track ovulation with tests, I don’t do bbt, I do this as a form of birth control and have been for a long time, before I was ever pregnant and have never had an issue, I do this because I react poorly to birth control. I’m about 5 days late for my period, some of the apps say later some say earlier but all of them agree that I am late. I took a first response and a strip test and nothing. I’m hoping it’s just randomly late, but I am stressing. There’s no way it wouldn’t be positive by now if I was pregnant right? Like you would def get a second line by now…
