Please Help! Pumping /Nursing Mom Tanking Supply
Hi all,
I have a 14month old and still nursing and pumping.
Everything was going swell until my period came back.
I am now getting 3-4 oz on each side while before I was getting 5-6 oz.
Any tips, tricks or anything to combat tanking supply with my cycle coming back.
I’m getting discouraged and would appreciate any insight.
