Possibility of twins??

I go for an ultrasound this Friday and based off my period I’d be 5w2d that day but prettyyyyyy sure I ovulated early as I had a blazing positive a week before my missed period and a dye stealer at 5 days before my missed period and then took one 2 days after my missed period and it stole ALL of the dye😅

Will they be able to tell if its twins or not? Or will I need to wait for a few weeks to know for sure??
