Sick after blowie.. HELP!!

Has anyone had sickness after swallowing.

NEVER. Had this problem before, but this new guy I’m seeing everytime I swallow about 20/30 mins after I belly cramps and diarrhoea…. At first I thought I had just eaten something and brushed it off to terrible timing. But now it’s happened 3 x… last Friday it happened and I got in my car and drove home at 5 in the morning because I was so sick!!

Anyone had this before? Anyone know how to fix it?
