PCOS & Hashimotos

I’ve been diagnosed with the issues listed in the caption above my period has been absent for 3 months now I was taking progesterone and it did induce a period but my new doctor said to stop taking it now take 25mcg levothyroxine but see no change at all I’ve been taking it for 2 months I’m not even sure if I should be taking it all my other labs are normal except for my antibody test
