Yesterday I had a very stressful day! My bf literally called me like 5-10 times the whole day. I feel bad admitting this but I find this extremely annoying . I understand that due to our distance and only being able to see each other once a week, it’s normal to call your significant other frequently. I don’t mind phone calls everyday but multiple times a day is getting out of hand.

I had an appointment at 9am with my aesthetician. The facial is a 1.5 hour long treatment but with us talking it was like a 2 hour appointment. I get along with my aesthetician. I have 2 missed calls from my bf. He wasn’t aware I was at my appointment. The first call was right at 9am when I was getting ready to get my facial started. I told him I was with my aesthetician and told him I wouldn’t answer for about 2 hours. He didn’t believe me and said “2 hours? Who does that for so long? Within 1.5 hours I hear my phone ringing again. It was embarrassing after I had told him i would let him know when I’m done. I was done and texted him that I don’t appreciate him interrupting. He gets mad…He needs to accept the fact I’m busy. I told him I’d call in 10 minutes because I was driving back home. Didn’t answer my text until an hour later. I was already at the market getting groceries. He calls again and I answer. It’s very noisy at the store and I could barely hear him. He asks me if he can call me later when I’m done I said sure. I get home and I call him back which he didn’t pick up. No problem at all. I went to the kitchen and started cooking. I was going to have a barbecue with my family that evening. My phone rings within 10 minutes so I answer. I didn’t want him thinking I was ignoring him. We talk for about 10 minutes and then he tells me he’s going to let me go so he can cook dinner as well. Within 20 minutes I get a call again. I can’t pick up this time. I’m so busy. I texted him and said “hey I can’t talk I’m really busy cooking” he gets upset and goes “oh my god still????”

At this point I’m so upset. No respect of my time… so I’m finally having my barbecue with my family. I’m having some drinks with my uncles and cousins…we are talking and having a good time. My phone rings and I open my texts to him saying this:

( we had talked previously about meeting up today to have breakfast together in which I had responded with the time and place to meet) that’s when he called and when I didn’t pick up he starts to cuss…

So he said he had called to talk about the plans for today. I told him “can’t you just tell me here”

I told him I was having a barbecue with a family previously and I can’t just walk out …

He calls again so I walk out on my uncles to go answer his call.

As soon as I say “hello” he snaps and yells “who the fuck are you talking to?” I was so confused as to how he thinks I’m talking to someone. He says my text said “can’t you come here” I told him to reread my text because I didn’t even say that. He hangs up on me while I’m talking. I text him that’s he’s a pyscho and he calls again. I answer and tell him “I’m not going to deal with this cancel our plans and let me enjoy my time with my family” I turned off my phone. My uncles kept asking why I keep getting up …

He’s now apologizing saying all he wants is my love and he misses me so much so that’s why he gets angry. He said that I never pick up calls and I don’t even give him time? Like how?????
