Im gonna try to summarize this as much as possible so people will actually read it. I will be happy to provide more details if needed though. So i started with a new OB for this pregnancy and since the start she has been super rude and patronizing(her bad reviews basically say all the same things im saying) and she has even gossiped to the nurses about me. I skipped my 13 week and 16 week appointment because i went out of town.

Fast forward, i went to L&D at 30 weeks to check on baby after a minor car accident. She was the OB there that day. She told the nurse caring for me that i have anxiety and depression (i have literally never been diagnosed with anxiety or depression?) i just looked at my visit notes from that day and they say that i have anxiety and depression and have limited third trimester prenatal care?! Like this is super infuriating. i am at 37 weeks now and have not missed a single appointment since the 13/16 week ones.

I heard if you have lack of prenatal care after the third trimester noted then they can call CPS when you deliver which would just be very annoying honestly.

Can i ask her to remove this, are they even allowed delete medical records even if theyre false? She is making my pregnancy more stressful than it needs to be im thinking about trying to go back to my old OB even though theyre further away from where i live and i doubt they will take me at 37 weeks. i dont trust or like this woman and dont want her delivering my baby. What do i even do about this?
