Eczema all of a sudden

I’ve recently been experiencing slight pain eczema outbreaks. I’ve never had eczema or even sensitive skin. Now i get itchy in my inner elbows, back of knee, even my neck sometimes. I believe I have eczema on my lips as well, I constantly have to moisturize and they itch/peel. I’m not sure what my triggers are. I stopped the hot showers, I try to moisturize my skin and I use dove sensitive bay soap. Any suggestions? Rather possibly why I developed this, products I can use to prevent or treat. Vitamins? I drink mostly water and I eat fruit/veggies. But I do eat a lot of sweets 🤧
