How safe is using combine pill on its own?

Hi everyone. I just have a question. Me and My partner been using condoms to prevent pregnancy as we not ready to hsve kids yet. We both curious about using without the condom. Im on the microgynon combine pill. My question is how safe is it preventing pregnancy. I know condoms prevents more than just pregnancy. But which is more effective to prevent getting pregnant. Combine pill or condoms. Im taking it every day at 8pm. It also helps with my painful periods. Im just not ready to bring a little person to the world atm. Thanks a million <3
