Test results for liver

So I went to the ER a few months ago for bad constipation and got a CT scan and n there it said my liver was enlarged 21. Something was maybe a couple months postpartum from having my daughter. All my blood work was fine though so that was weird! I literally just got an ultrasound on my liver this morning and got results back less than 20 minutes when I thought it would have been a couple days according to the ultrasound tech! Can someone help me read this? Waiting to get a call I hope. In hoping my liver isn’t enlarged anymore.

I’m also 6 months postpartum now.
