when do you test?

I’m 10 DPO and still 4 days till period, I’m getting cramping and belly too pain, feeling more hungry but also a little sick. I had all this with my first baby but she was IVF. I caught pregnancy naturally in February but loss at 7 weeks. Been trying since. In February I found out 2 weeks later, as I was in an accident and got hit to the head so I was constantly putting my symptoms down to that.

I know I should really wait till my period date. But I just got a feeling. So when would you suggest to test ?
