Nothing will work unless baby is ready. That’s a proven fact. There are no proven ways to induce labor without pitocin. Just wait until baby decides to come.

Miles circuit on youtube my water broke during the first position i did lots of bouncing on yoga balls and hip circles on the edge of the bed and on yoga ball to get her to move into position!

Babies come when ready. There is literally nothing you can do that will bring on labor unless the baby is ready.

She’s precious!! Curb walking and sex are honestly the only things that sort of worked for me( I went in for my induction with my daughter and was already 4 cm dilated)
