Back to back loses

January this year I found out I was pregnant, February I had a D&C for my missed miscarriage 💔 It was a suspected blighted ovum (something I had never heard of before).

We started trying again fairly soon after it was safe for us to do so and in August I found out I was pregnant again. We were overjoyed. Had a scan at 8 weeks and everything was looking good with baby, nice strong heartbeat and “growing away just nicely in there”. Had another scan at 10 weeks (yesterday) to be told that I was actually pregnant with twins, and neither of them had a heartbeat. To say I am devastated would be a huge understatement 💔 I am completely heartbroken. Need to call today to put the next steps in place for another D&C.
