Is this labor?

I’m 40 weeks today. All week I’ve had contractions on/off nothing consistent and they’d eventually stop. This morning I woke up and I’ve had tightening so I just started to time them. They’re not painful. I’ve tried walking, cold water, changing positions. With my first baby my water broke so I’m unsure about if I should go in or not. I thought contractions were painful and intense. I’m also having intense heartburn which sucks

Looks like the start. I wouldn't go in yet though, just keep timing them. I always ended up waiting til they were less than a minute apart & pretty painful. Like unmistakably labor. Lol only took a couple hours once they looked like yours. Getting close!

You can still go days like this. Go in if you get nervous but they need to be closer and longer and I’d imagine painful unless you have ungodly tolerance 🤷🏼‍♀️. You don’t want to wait for the oh crap moment, I might not make it to the hospital but you probably have time.

I have been having this on and off but because they are not that painful I have started ignoring them :(. I am waiting to get other symptoms or once they become more intense I will check myself in. They do confuse me though
