Bright red blood after sex (5th day on period, thought it’s about to end)

I had bright red bleeding after sex. Im on my 5th day period (normally last 7 days) and only got some brown discharge and thought it’s about to end. On the same I day, I had sex with my husband and after 2 hours, when I wipe after peeing, I saw bright red blood on the tissue (nothing on my pad, only when I wipe). happened again in the evening, the same thing, It’s bright to deep red. Any thoughts? Could this be just related with my period. Im feeling some stinging sensation when I wash too. It felt something like a wound or tear. But just outside when I wash. Pls help
