Prostap - possible reaction???

I had my down reg injection (Prostap) this morning in preparation for our upcoming FET. The protocol we have decided on is medicated due to the Dr having more control over my cycle and therefore reducing the risk of me ovulating prior to the day of transfer. I have had Prostap before but I think this one was the higher dose (didn’t read the box but noticed it wasn’t the same colour as the one they did at the start of our fresh cycle, also the syringe itself was bigger). I’ve felt a bit tired and low in energy after having it done (4 hours have passed since) and have noticed this mark/raised area at the injection site. Is this normal? I didn’t have this the last time
