Sitting like this helped with the shortness of breath
Hi Mommas! I’m currently half way through my pregnancy and I was really struggling with the shortness of breath the last few days.
Tonight, I moved into a similar position as the bear picture below and I CAN BREATH AGAIN!! Sharing this in case anyone else was suffering and struggling to find comfort like me.
My husband wouldn’t take a picture of me, so I found the closest thing I could on the internet.
Basically sit up straight with your legs spread wide on your sides, but knees bent and plant the bottoms of your feet on ground/couch like you’re doing a sumo squat.
