Twin moms (gender update!!!)

I am currently pregnant with di/di twins!!! I have an appointment with the Perinatologist on October 23, and I will be 16 weeks. It is a scheduled 45 minute ultrasound. What are my chances they will be able to tell me the babies genders? Absolutely no gender disappointment here, I have 2 boys already, but if one or both are girls, we have to get to shopping. I will be happy either way, even 2 more boys would be ok with us, we are just getting anxious and hoping we won’t have to wait until the 20 week anatomy scan!
