Help is this a miscarriage?

Hi I would’ve been just four weeks had obvious positives few days before period and last night a negative the first two clear blue few days ago definitely blue came in time frame just thin like I had when found out my daughter and about the same time. One after first response faint but there next time took clear blue last night negative I was like ugh okay and today early afternoon got cramps and back ache low off and on I’m pretty good pain tolerance but for cramps I took ibuprofen I went to pee one quarter size dark red blood spit when wiped the second time went to pee huge tissue thing came out And whitish grey thing in I scooped out with spoon I ofc threw out to see what I was dealing with and the white grey part stretched sort of jelly like grey white I’m freaked out and I didn’t have much bleeding after or now still full back ache and slight cramps again
