Hypothyroidism?

Question, last pregnancy in 2022 they told me I had hypothyroidism after doing bloodwork. I was put on levothyroxine the rest of my pregnancy. I don’t know if I had it before I conceived or not because I don’t even have a PCP 😅 I still don’t. So right after birth in 2022 once I finished my medicine I just stopped in general. So who knows if I still have it 😶 If I do find out I’m pregnant this cycle, should I mention it to my OB? Like is the important to bring up??? Because i know they usually don’t schedule until weeks later
