Understanding a c section

I just had a c section a week ago on a Wed 10/9 . The obgyn on call was very rude & she was kind of peer pressuring me to get a TOLAC (first time I heard of that) VBAC basically. She was like are you sure you want a c section she said you are are considered a good candidate of having a VBAC TOLAC & I’m like but how if I just had twins a year ago. I thought I had to wait at least 24 months to have a VBAC? But anyway, I was afraid of my uterine rupturing so I went with the c section. She seemed upset & even during the c section I felt a whole lot of tugging & pulling but I felt it like more on the rough side you could say. My previous c section didn’t feel that way. Anyway after the meds wore off I have been having soreness & feel uncomfortable mostly on my right side. Is that a concern? To top it off the day I got discharged I was experiencing a headache but mostly on my eyes & temples which felt like a bad sinus headache! I had it for like 3 days & sort of went away but only when I layed down. Had my c section on a Wednesday, experienced the headache til Saturday. On Sunday, I went to the bathroom & when I walked back to the couch I felt a little off so I checked my bp & it was like 151 & I got worried so I went to the ER. I was admitted for 2 days they gave me magnesium drip for 24 hours. I even asked them if I could possibly have a spinal headache along with hbp because for some reason I had ringing in my ears I got discharged yesterday Tuesday. They said usually spinal headaches don’t go away even with pain medication. I still think they could’ve checked me for it but they weren’t too concerned. I read on spinal headaches & it worried me. I got discharged yesterday I’m home now but I still feel a bit off I am still in pain & discomfort from my incision on the inside & my bleeding is on & off is that normal? I sneezed & it felt weird I tried to hold in my sneeze but couldn’t & it felt so weird felt like I might’ve pulled something my ear felt warm a bit after that not sure what’s going on but am I being too paranoid? Did anyone experience a spinal headaches? Did it go away on its own? Did anyone experience feeling weird after sneezing during your c section recovery? Did you have any hbp during or after your postpartum? I never had hbp during or after this is my first time hearing about this! I was prescribed medication. Did it go away for you or how long did postpartum preeclampsia last for you? Sorry so many questions I just don’t feel like doctors or nurses answer most questions. I had a horrible experience & I’m terrified of getting pregnant again!!
