Spinal headache

Did anyone experience spinal headache & didn’t need a blood patch? Is it life threatening if you don’t get a blood patch? I have been having this headache that won’t go away & I’m concerned. I’m a weak pp. what’s the procedure like for a blood patch? Is your body numb like it is when you get a spinal? Do I have to feel my whole chest to my legs numb again if I get a blood patch. I’m just paranoid. I have high blood pressure too & was wondering if a spinal headache can cause hbp too?
