Severe cramps even when just spotting?

I have severe cramps even when I’m just spotting. (On birth control) Is this a sign of endometriosis? Ultrasounds have come back fine.

Progesterone is going to make you more sensitive. You could look into the brand of BC that you’re taking and maybe change pills.. if you’re taking a pill. That’s much easier to change IMO and you might just need to try something different. If you want to stay anonymous you can message me but are you taking BC to help with your severe cramps? A lot of pills ARE NOT created equally so it might be worth the switch… again if you’re taking a BC pill.
