4th C Section

Any mommas been through a 4th c-section? I’ve had 3 babies so far, my first was considered an emergency c section due to baby’s HR decreasing. The other 2 were elective c sections. All 3 were straight forward and experienced zero complications post op. My OB said if I wanted to have another baby it’d be possible but she recommends no more than a 4th. She informed me of a complication called placenta accreta that could happen with c section pregnancies. Never knew this was a complication and I’m so glad I’ve had healthy deliveries!! But since searching this up, I’ve been so terrified of complications if I were to have another child….!!
