What do I say?

So this morning like 6am one of or possibly all 3 cats knocked dishes off the counter and broke a bowl plus other dishes fell. My sister in law was awake and down stairs when it happened. I could hear her, because it woke me up when it happens. She didn't clean up any of the mess and left for work. She also didn't tell anyone it happened she just put the cat outside and went about her day. I honestly expected her to atleast help with picking up the non broken glass and ask for help with the rest if she had time. Idk should I be upset or say something?
