Weight gain 21 weeks

I’m 5’3” and pre pregnancy i weighed 127lbs. Now at 21 weeks I’m 145lbs. My dr hasn’t said anything about my weight.. anyone else gain this much so quick?? I eat really healthy and am active. I’m concerned I’m only halfway through this pregnancy and have put on so much already
