Help my levels are strange with results

I took a blood test on Oct 8th and a at home test (was positive) this year and got number ( 22) .2-1 weeks gestation it said. Now starting oct 22 I had light bleeding to little heavy and bright red. Went in and said they didn’t see any sign of pregnancy. She thinks I miscarried or was false positive. I didn’t think you could have false positive on blood work. Took levels again today Oct 24th and number is now 219!!! Help me out I’m so confused and scared. This is my second and my first was not the easiest.
