Help needed POI

I have been diagnosed with POI and put on sequential hrt. If i was to get pregnant naturally and didn’t know would i still have a period because of the progesterone tablet or would i not have a period?

I also was meant to start taking the progesterone tablet on Tuesday but i started spotting and crapping. Wasn’t sure if this was a period starting but was so faint and it was on and off by Thursday it was only blood once when i wiped. But everytime it was faint. So didn’t take the tablet any advice of what the bleedig could be?
