My sons father is trying to get custody

First we had a court order child plan

Which he put .

Then he took it off because things were going good

Everytime something happens he wants to take me to court.

I’ve raised my son the first 2 years of his life.

He’s only been with his dad 1-2 days

He wants him Monday through Thursday and for me to have him Thursday through Sunday but I want him going to school with me my son is 4 he will go to kinder 2025.

He says it’s hard to have him weekends cause he works but I see dads who who n still take the time to see there kids …

We previously agreed we’d have him a week him n a week me but now he doesn’t want to do that .

I’ve told him to take him during summers he didn’t want too.

I don’t have a job but I do have a small business I’ve had since 2022

I don’t have a car but I’m working on getting one

He has a car but doesn’t want to pick up n drop off he lives an hour away and tells me to move closer or give him the 4 days he chooses

I had a baby 4 months ago n he’s been giving me shit about that to I’m not with my baby’s father due to reasons .

Would the court be in his favor ?
