Nerve wracking appointment

Well today was a stressful day! I went in for my 16 week check up and it took the midwife nearly 5 minutes to find the heartbeat this time and it literally felt like 5 hours. And then my heart rate sky rocketed because I got so nervous so then it made it even harder for her to find and they had to call in a nurse to watch my heartbeat on the pulse ox and then finally they found the baby’s heartbeat over mine, 150. Needless to say my nerves are shot and I spent the rest of the day uneasy and overthinking. I can’t wait to start feeling movements for some reassurance, I am 16 weeks 3 days so I am hoping it’s soon!
