Spotted for 5 days !?

Hi guys. Spotted for 5 days. It stopped yesterday. AF is due today BFN. Anyone had this before and ended up with a BFP afterwards even after getting a BFN?

On & off cramps, slight sore boobs for like 2 min

Feeling sick on and off (no energy, weak) felt like I was going to pass out. I am not sure if it was my blood pressure ? Very Fatigue, I felt like AF is coming but now I have very watery CM. I tested today and BFN, like not even a faint line 😞
