I have been using app since 2018/2019 & I don’t think it’s adjusted to my cycle still. I want to use opk in combination but the 2 ovulation periods during my cycle is throwing me off. October shows I ovulate twice and I’m not sure which to follow at this point.

Also, do I have a short luteal phase?
