Changing my lifestyle
So I'm pretty heavy. I'm about 280lbs. Used to be super active. Going on my first grocery shop for healthy food tomorrow. I've got a list, I just don't know what type of lunches/dinners I can make. I'm good for snacks- but full meals are hard it seems for me! Here's my list and a basic idea of foods I like. I also need some good carb suggestions, in substution for bread/rice/pasta, because I do eat those alot. I have switched to a rice bran pasta which is so good don't taste a difference. Help pleaseeee!! Also any one know of any food portion sites that base on your current weight and what you have an idea of what you want to be? I have an exercise bike, I will be doing that for atleast an hour daily. The food part is so intimidating to me. Especially because I'm never hungry in the morning 😣 blahhhhhh
