Help!

I am 4.3, and have been cramping really badly for the past 2 days. I have a full feeling in my vaginal area, and my cervix is low and hard. My tests are staying about the same, possibly slightly getting darker. My period was due today. I’m worried I’ll miscarry 😭below is yesterday’s test and this evenings. I’ve also taken dollar store blue dye cheapies and they are barely having a faint like, first response did get darker last night. The gray wall is last night, bedsheet is tonight.

but I ran out. I also got a positive digital last night.
