Beta Anxiety- To home test in between or not?!

Hey ladies,

Long story short. 5 yrs TTC. 3x OI all Neg, 2 x IVF cycle, first embryo transfer resulted in a chemical and this transfer got a Beta of 177 on 10DPT.

My clinic only does BetaHCG blood draws weekly and I am so anxious after years of negatives and my recent chemical. I feel like I need some reassurance in between but I don't know if taking home pregnancy tests will just make the anxiety worse.

Any thoughts or personal experiences in this area? Should I do home urine tests in between or just wait for the weekly bloods?
