Delete Data or Haux?

Ive seen some circulation of posts on social media asking people to delete or fake their data on apps like these due to the potential for government tracking outlined in Project 2025. Ive been paying for premium on this app for a year and tracking my cycle for multiple years now. I hate to lose that data but i understand the fear.. what do you think?

I think as humans we take in data and we use that data to make the best decisions. The best case scenario right now is Donald Trump is Jesus and he’s going to do all the right things, everyone will be rich, and he will solve infertility and cancer and we will live in heaven on earth. The worst case scenario is that he is the type of person who would abuse his power and use the law to collect women’s data and use that to control them further, like not allowing them to travel between states to prevent them from accessing medical care, or prosecuting them in an attempt to imprison them for making a choice about their own body. We have decades of data about the type of person he is. So what do you believe he will attempt to do? And ultimately how does that impact you? For me, I have enough kids where doctors, even in red states will agree when I give birth I can have my tubes tied, I also have a husband more than willing to have a vasectomy to make sure we are double protected. So the likelihood of my information being used to harm me is slim, however, I still don’t want my data being used to hurt others. So my pregnancy timeline is on here, I won’t be deleting it, but I won’t ever use the apps in the future for any type of health tracking. May the odds be ever in your favor. And may everyone get exactly what they voted for 😉

If you live in a state where they are actively criminalizing abortion then collecting data for this purpose could potentially become an issue. If I lived in one of those states, I would not be using the tracker. The data could potentially be subpoenaed to prosecute a doctor or even a woman. With all the horrific shit this government has done in the past, it really baffles me that people think something like this can't happen.
