Twins?
I know it’s more than likely not but could this possibly be twins? I had an early (abdominal) ultrasound and she couldn’t see much I am 6 weeks 5 days and it just looks weird to me. Can I see early twin ultrasounds ? Preferably abdominal? Thank you!!! The yolk sac is on the left im more so referring to the blob on top of the sac
