UTI + Yeast infection

Currently on Bactrim for a stubborn urinary track infection.

Before taking Bactrim I was on Macrobid for UTI but turned out that my UTI was resistant to it and that’s the reason why I’m now taking Bactrim. Before taking Bactrim I took a Fluconazole for yeast, it was mild, took the pill 3 days ago and I’m still itchy. What should I do? I don’t see any discharge. Can’t see the doctor for another week or so. Btw! He gave me 3 Fluconazole just in case.. wondering if this is actually yeast? He never swabbed me.
