24 weeks and spotting

Hey everyone ! So last night I woke up to pee and when I wiped I had some light pinkish brown spotting and it wasn’t accompanied by any pain or anything but obviously like every pregnancy person wiping and seeing that is terrifying ! I decided to calm myself and set a phone appointment to talk to my dr today and she said it could be from sex I had the other day since the blood is old and over exertion . Overall I feel fine , and weirdly today my baby has been extremely active . He’s been kicking me and moving and they’re really strong . I overthought how maybe he’s moving alot cuz he’s in distress . But idk I’ve also been walking a ton lately ! And I’ve felt the strain of that in my knees and legs and feet so maybe I’ve been doing way too much . ? Any input or opinions ? Or has anyone else experienced anything similar?
