I’m very confused

So Sunday I was supposed to start my period , and I’m pretty regular within a day or two but when I period didn’t come I took a PT and it came up negative. So I just waited and each day I expected my period to come but it didn’t. On Wednesday I had a dark brown color when I wiped, like the color of old blood, and it was just a little bit . So that was just a couple times on Wednesday so I figured my period was about to start but than it just went away and was back to normal by the end of the day. On Thursday I had a very light shade of pink when I wiped but still that was just a couple times that day and that went away. So it’s like my period never came , the two weeks before this my breast have been so sore and tender and I’ve had stomach cramps. I just took this as signs of my period being soon but with the negative test and the fact that I didn’t really ever get my period I’m just super confused. The test was negative but I checked the calendar and the earliest we could have conceived on would be about 10 days ago so mayb that’s too soon for a PT to be positive. So as of right now I still haven’t had my period and I have never been more than 2 days late so I keep thinking maybe I’m pregnant but I just don’t know. What do you guys think ?
