Pill problems?

I have been on my BC for at least 4-5 years. It’s the first pill after trying like 7 different ones that has actually worked. I got my period just the other day while on my active pills. I have 9 active pills (10 including the one I took tonight) left before my non active pills when I should get my period.

I have missed a day or two and taken the pills right away one I realized but I have done that for months now and this is the first time that anything like this has happened to me. Is this something I should be calling my OBGYN and think about changing my pill? Is this something that’s random and I shouldn’t be worried? I’m just so confused right now and I don’t know what to do.
