Any ideas?

So for the past three days, going on four, I have been having headaches/ migraines at random times and random intensity. As those happen or come to an end (or start), I get intense nausea followed (sometimes) by cramps/ sharp pains what is this? I'm fine laying down, but as I stand up my vision sometimes blurs, and I feel like I'm out of control of my body at points.. I haven't experienced this before, and I don't know what to think. Any ideas?
