Blood Test at 10 DPO // Help 🫨🥺

I’ve been having all these symptoms that from what I read, suggest a hormone surge / implantation. I ended up at the doctors today, for fun they did a blood test. It came back negative for any traces of HCG from 2 months ago until today. I’m only 10 DPO, I read it’s still possible for implantation up until 12 DPO. Am I out this month or do I still have a chance? Before this blood test I could’ve sworn I caught a bfp this month. Can anyone give me some hope 🥺
