Vaginal itch, possibly small bumps?

Right at the opening of my vagina I have a SERIOUS itch out of nowhere. Me and my boyfriend have been having nonstop jam-packed sex for the last few weeks and I thought it could be that my lady bits are just needing a break? I feel like I’m feel these microscopic bumps on the opening of my vagina but it’s like they’re too small to even see. Am I crazy? Is this BV? Yeast infection? My discharge is white, thick, no smell, no clumps, just creamy (I’m supposed to start my cycle soon- it’s late). No burning or anything. Just an itch, and possibly super small bumps and only at the very opening of my vagina, not on the labia, vulva etc.
