TTC with testosterone 97 high

Is anybody out there dealing with the same issue?

I’ve never missed a period or have irregular period. I did some testing last week to see if I have PCOS. My testosterone level came up to 97 high. Now I’m 4 days late of AF and I have no symptoms. I recently started taking prenatal and folic acid a long with a fertilizer drink.

I haven’t been stress for the past 2 months, I took a test this morning and it came back NEGATIVE.

I also have an ultrasound appointment coming up to check my ovaries to see if there’s something else in there since I’ve been complaining about pain, when babydancing.
