Sorry TMI help

I'm 12 weeks pregnant is this normal or should I call my ob I was tested for all std and everything came back fine. I was tested for UTI and yeast infection. Yeast infection came back but I was told to take monistat 7 for 7 days and I did but did it not go away? I have no burning or itching down there...
