Pregnant?

I use birth control pills but unfortunately oftentimes end up forgetting and skipping days due to my rigorous work schedule and doing overnight shifts. I have pcos and have been in the pill for about 8 years so my period is very consistent and I always start bleeding on the second day of the sugar pill week. I have not had a true period in a while, just some spotting here and there from the occasional missing a pill. I am currently on day 5/7 of the sugar pill week and no bleeding. I have been suuuper good lately and have taken the pill on time for the past month and a half and haven’t skipped any days. I always bleed during the sugar week so this is not normal for me to not bleed. My boobs hurt bad and I have slight cramping but no bleeding. I took a pregnancy test and it was extremely faint. I’m not sure to keep waiting or go to the doctor. If I was pregnant I would be about 7-8 weeks by now so surely the line would be darker ?? Any advice ?
