You just got a glowing performance review but I just saw my job posted **UPDATE**

I'm freaking out. I just signed a renewal of my contract and just recieved my bonus last Thursday. My performance review was glowing.

My friend is looking for a job and I went to my company website to see if there was anything and my job was just posted this afternoon.

I'm the only one with this title. It's a managerial position. It can't be shared because I manage a department of 5 people.

There is no way I'm getting a promotion either. The next level up from me requires a master's degree at least. I'm not qualified and they can't grandfather me in. The company I work for can be brutal and fire people without warning.

Should I draft a resignation letter at this point just in case things go sour? Or should I wait and see?

Edit: They fired me. They said I wasn't a good fit but now I get severance too and a pretty decent amount of money. I'm going to fight it as wrongful termination. I think if there were concerns, they should not have renewed my contract. I'm still in shock.
